Russia’s Ministry of Defence held a presentation of the 9M729 missile, which the White House has claimed violates the INF Treaty and used as the basis for its planned withdrawal, for foreign military attaches for the first time in Kubinka on Wednesday, January 23,2019.

In the presentation, Russian Artillery Chief Mikhail Matveevsky said that the missile’s maximum firing range is 480 kilometres, 10 kilometres less than its predecessor, which does not violate the INF Treaty.
